Selection Original Series Vieux Chateau Du Roi[Visit Website] This is the second time that I have ordered this wine.
I have made about 50% of what is available. This Chateau du Roi is one of my favourites. It matures quickly and reached just over 15% alcohol volume. So saying, so do many of the other wines reach this level. There is no racking off at 1.010 which is a bit of a pain which has crept in with some of the recent wines. Is this 15% a true reading I wonder, or is it me and my vinometer. Is it my imagination or do all these wines taste as if they are faintly related

Coopers Mexican Cerveza 1.7kg[Visit Website] First coopers homebrew we have done, 2nd homebrew (1st was a youngs which was poor) got to say this is fantastic. Used the brew enhancer 2,bottled after 1 week using carbonation drops. Just tasted it after 4 weeks was extremely impressed. It is very clear and has a good head and plenty of bubbles. You get a slight citrus taste to it. Can't wait to try it after 8 weeks should be even better. Will definitely brew this again.
Muntons Gold Imperial Stout 3kg[Visit Website] Made this kit up hoping it would be good, it wasn't.......it was great. Easily the best home brew i've done so far. The only problem is that i should of left it longer as the last few bottles had a much more rounded, smoother flavour. Ordered this again and will try and keep my hands of it for a while (no chance of that!). Highly recommended for stout lovers.
Bottling Starter Deal[Visit Website] very good value, works really well. seems very sturdy cos i'tll have to be. l'll be capping a fair few bottles to stock up my brewery.
Brewmaker Victorian Bitter 40pt[Visit Website] my first ever brew, followed instructions to the letter, and l'm now looking forward to the finished product. i,ve ordered some dried malt for my bottles , as this seems the best way to get a full bodied end product.
Sodium Metabisulphate 100g[Visit Website] the best and most affective sterilliser i have ever used.i highly recomend this product to wine and beer makers alike..

25 Ltr Economy Barrel[Visit Website] This is a good product for the money providing that you follow the instructions and put vasaline on the lid O ring and the tap thread and washer before use. It's worth inspecting the the top of the barrel that seats with the O ring thread. On my first one there was a slight lip on the molding that would have caused a pressure leak - I sanded this down with a wood block wrapped with sand paper. Have also bought a second one which is fine. My brewing volumes are increasing now so I am going over to Cornys but I'm sure that these budget barrels will still be in use.
Cider De-luxe[Visit Website] I bought this going on the reviews and made it before Christmas.
We sampled some last week thinking that the longer we left it the better it would be.
tastes absolutely foul not a bit like cider, having followed the instructions we were very disappointed.
we have made numerous beer and wine kits and never had a problem, we just wont order any cider kits more the pity as my wife enjoys cider than beer.
Geordie Bitter 40pt[Visit Website] I've made two Geordie Bitter kits. They were my first attempt at brewing, and have to say very, very happy with the results of both brews. I brewed both with normal granulated sugar, but my brother said the difference with the glucose powder is unbelievable, so two packs are on their way.
Buff Storage Basket[Visit Website] I ordered 10 of these for a shelf unit in the kitchen to keep clutter at bay.
(4 fit nicely per shelf so I should have got more!)
The handle section is slightly differently sized on all of them, personally I think this adds to the rustic charm but if you like everything to be uniform, you might prefer something else from this website. Service was very good.

St. Peters Golden Ale (36pt)[Visit Website] This was my 1st ever Kit so I brewed exactly to instructions. It is not the Golden colour that I was expecting and more the colour of an IPA. After 4 weeks in the bottles I tried it and would describe it as average and nothing more. I have been drinking it every week since the 4 week stage and now at 8 weeks in the bottle it is a lovely drink. I always drink out of a nucleated glass which ensures a great head all the way to the bottom. I will definitely brew this again but plan so that I don't need it until the 8 week stage. Brew it forget about it and then enjoy a lovely beer that's better than any pub beer.
Auto Syphon 23 Litre[Visit Website] Absolutely brilliant for syphoning beer, amazingly easy and fast. I was hoping it would fit into a demijohn as well though to use on my 6 bottle wine kits but it's just too wide.
45 500ml Pet (plastic) Bottles[Visit Website] These bottles are very good, not a long term product as they have limited life, but excellent for wuick storage in a pop type bottle. These came very quickly!
Woodfordes Nelsons Revenge[Visit Website] This is great beer i ues this kit befor .Easy to do, straight forward....
The kit is just like the real ales in the bar that WOODFORDES brew as i live a long way from the pubs that have the WOODFORDES Real ales in this kit just the job
