This is the second time that I have ordered this wine. I have made about 50% of what is available. This Chateau du Roi is one of my favourites. It matures quickly and reached just over 15% alcohol volume. So saying, so do many of the other wines reach this level. There is no racking off at 1.010 which is a bit of a pain which has crept in with some of the recent wines. Is this 15% a true reading I wonder, or is it me and my vinometer. Is it my imagination or do all these wines taste as if they are faintly related
